Energy savings take off at a leading airport
It’s one of the busiest airports in the world and strives for the highest standards. Unfortunately, its HVAC air delivery system was not meeting this, with high energy consumption and regular maintenance requirements. The MANN+HUMMEL team used our patented eco16 program to devise a new HVAC filter system for the airport’s Terminal 2 building. The result was a reduction in HVAC energy consumption of 28% and a cut in workload of 85%.
